The 2,525 km river rises in the western Himalayas in the Indian state of Uttrakhand and flows south and east through the Gangatic Plain of North India into Bangladesh, where it empties into the Bay of Bengal. We have only one program called "Cycle the Ganges" where we cycle on the banks of Ganges and out of total 1100 Kms journey, maximum distance is covered on cycles. The real India lives on the banks of Ganges from the beginning to Varanasi, but you can sea the struggle of life after Haridwar when this expedition type journey goes through the remote areas. To make it exciting, we have included Jim Corbet National Park and Taj Mahal in the program. |
