We promote this Markha Valley trekking holiday trip under our SLOW TOURISM section where we give ample time to the clients to relax and mix their minds completely with the nature.
The concept of Slow Tourism is just opposite to the life we are living in any progressive city/ town of the world. It’s just opposite to the phenomenon of programmed tour where almost everything is well planned keeping time in mind right from the wakeup call to opening and closing times of each monument of the day. SLOW TOURISM could be the right way of holidays for the present man who is bound to follow timing at work place as well as during structured holidays where he hardly finds a difference between the movements of both. For the people who correlate holidays with rejuvenation and recharge of body and mind, slow tourism is just a holiday opposite to the nature of his scheduled life under boredom of which he decides to take holidays for a complete change and relaxation.
Markha Valley trekking holidays under SLOW TOURISM are also well planned but there is no visibility of efforts both of the organizers and the travelers under this concept. A day doesn’t start with a wakeup call but the breakfast will be served to everyone according to the time they reach to the restaurant. Yes, all will move together for the sightseeing, but there is no restriction to stand with everyone in front of a monument just to show etiquettes if someone is not willing.
The first attempt:
We have first exercised this phenomenon in 2007 for a ladies group supported by ARR Vienna on the given below itinerary which was a great success.
